Need to return or exchange something you just received? No problem! Please read through the policy below, and please contact us if you have any questions. While we do everything in our power to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, please keep in mind that HRST Books is a small company and may not have the same return and exchanges policies that you will find at bigger stores.
If your item arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 5 business days (M-F) of receiving the item and we will gladly replace it. Please note that you will have 14 days from the date your package is delivered to qualify for a refund.
HRST Books accepts returns for refund, exchange, or store credit on items within 14 days of your package’s arrival. After 14 days, exchanges or online store credit will be issued.
A Return Authorization number must be issued before any returns will be accepted. The Return Authorization number will be issued to you after you contact us. Customer Service can be reached by phone at 1-303-832-7260 between the hours of 9AM - 4PM MST, Monday through Friday or through our Get in Touch page. If you have signed up for an account on HRSTBooks.com, you may also request a return through your order history.
Items that are being returned/exchanged should be shipped to: 747 N. Sheridan Blvd. Unit 6D, Lakewood, Colorado 80214, USA.
Returns and exchanges will require the customer to pay for return shipping, unless the original item shipped out is damaged or incorrect through no fault of the customer. We will pay for the shipping cost of exchanges to get the new item to the customer.
Please ship with tracking. HRST Books is not responsible for packages lost by shipping carriers.
